About This Role

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and dish machine while ensuring positive interactions with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all aspects of the dish area and dish machine
• Use proper pre-soaking procedures, cleaning and following proper chemical usage
• Use checklists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift
• Maintain positive interaction between service staff and other team members
• Communicate with, and assist other team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
