Join a fast-paced team as a Discovery Business and System Analyst, assisting with legal accounts and supporting various aspects of the company's portfolio. This role focuses on business and IT systems analysis to improve workforce efficiency and identify technology gaps.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training, analysis, and redesign
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing and new business processes to identify opportunities for improving workforce efficiency
• Conduct thorough analysis of operational business requirements and perform gap analysis for modifications to existing business processes
• Create and maintain a requirements database documenting how each existing or new business requirement is supported
• Validate that any proposed solution to an existing requirement satisfactorily meets the underlying need
• Collect marketing materials from industry solution providers claiming to satisfy identified business requirements
• Document and manage new and existing functional capabilities provided by existing and proposed IT solutions
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing capabilities against documented business requirements to determine where technology gaps impede efficient business execution
• Compare marketing materials from industry solution providers and deliver an Analysis of Alternatives for PMO use
• Validate that any proposed solution successfully delivers a new functional business capability
• Build and execute thorough test scripts to ascertain breadth and depth of a capability consistently
• Review all solution configuration changes to ensure the Discovery Program maintains an accurate picture of its business capabilities
