As Director, UX, Business Transformation, you will lead the UX strategy for Google's internal corporate functions, driving AI transformation across marketing, finance, and legal operations. You will define systems that enable cohesive, agentic experiences across fundamental business functions by leveraging Google’s AI and Cloud capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Direct the UX strategy for global Marketing teams, embedding Google's AI IP into marketing workflows to accelerate campaign development and deliver personalized, data-driven creative content.
- Partner with Finance leadership to define and ship intelligent tools that automate transaction oversight, optimizing and analyzing every contract and price for Google transactions.
- Oversee the creation of user experiences leveraging AI technologies for the Legal team, enabling rapid responses to inquiries and proactive protection of data, company, and customers through semi-autonomous agents and self-service tools.
- Provide executive UX leadership on systems and information architecture, seamlessly connecting disparate enterprise functions and ensuring an intelligence-driven user journey across all tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction, or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of experience leading UX for multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience with enterprise software domains
