About This Role

Manage compliance, security, and risk programs for a data center campus, including oversight of security incidents and guard agreement management. Provide on-call support for crisis management and execute investigations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the compliance, security, and risk management programs for the data center campus or related infrastructure
  • Oversee security incidents, escalations, and guard agreement management
  • Provide after-hours on-call management support and serve as the primary point of contact for event responses and crisis management
  • Execute investigations regarding Code of Conduct violations, business infractions, worker injuries, and security incidents
  • Perform straightforward Threat, Vulnerability, and Risk Assessments (TVRA) to identify and mitigate campus-wide vulnerabilities
  • Implement established compliance processes aligned with CSRM policies, standards, guidelines, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements
  • Control security-related costs through budget management, forecasting, and invoice reconciliation for the assigned campus
  • Assist management with financial analysis and input to financial decisions for security requirements

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in relevant industry sectors (e.g., technology and cloud)
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in relevant industry sectors (e.g., technology and cloud)

Nice to Have

  • 3 years of experience in corporate security
  • Experience with data centers (e.g., construction and operational)
  • Familiarity with Google applications, forms and use of AI tools
  • Knowledge of physical security, investigations, compliance, or risk management
  • Knowledge of current security technology including access control and CCTV, including dual authentication
  • Knowledge of ISO22301 and ISO27001
  • Ability to work in an environment dependent on systems and technology while managing a contracted workforce on a daily basis
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with high ethical standards
