About This Role

This role involves defining and executing the revenue operations strategy across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You will lead a team of revenue operations professionals and partner with executive leadership to drive operational excellence, forecasting accuracy, and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the revenue operations strategy across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
  • Lead a team of revenue operations professionals
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to drive operational excellence, forecasting accuracy, and scalable processes
  • Own and drive business-critical Go-To-Market (GTM) areas
  • Prepare the organization for growth and scale
  • Oversee Revenue Operations Strategy & Leadership
  • Manage Pipeline & Revenue Forecasting, Planning, & Analytics
  • Provide Systems & Technology Oversight
  • Develop Variable Compensation & Incentive Programs
  • Ensure GTM Alignment & Enablement
  • Drive Process Improvement & Change Management

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in a Sales, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations role within high-growth private companies and/or public technology companies
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience in Revenue Operations
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner at the C-level
  • Deep understanding of metrics, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue models for technology companies
  • Experience owning or overseeing CRM and GTM technology ecosystems
  • Experience supporting high-growth or pre-IPO tech companies
  • Exceptional analytical skills to take complex business problems and drive to strategic outcomes

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in a Sales, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations role, with 5+ years of leadership experience in Revenue Operations.
