Lead and oversee the internal operations of a growing consulting firm, ensuring a 5-star client experience. This role supports accounting workflows, improves systems, and acts as a key thought partner to the Founder on growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across the firm
- Support and strengthen accounting workflows, including hands-on work in QuickBooks Online
- Serve as the internal owner of the Spark client experience, ensuring every client interaction reflects our 5-star standard
- Proactively monitor and elevate client satisfaction, consistency, and follow-through
- Improve systems, documentation, and workflows as the company scales
- Act as a key thought partner to the Founder on operational improvements and growth initiatives
- Be a culture carrier, reinforcing hospitality, accountability, and excellence
Requirements
- Strong operations leadership experience
- Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Accounting fundamentals
- Leads with empathy, clarity, and high standards
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes
Qualifications
- Strong operations leadership experience, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment
