About This Role

Lead and develop a team of Facility Service Managers, achieving annual revenue and profit targets for City Wide Facility Solutions' Central Pennsylvania operations. This role involves managing expenses, ensuring client retention, and driving cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage, develop, and lead a team of Facility Service Managers (FSMs) that support clients
  • Achieve annual revenues and profits, manage expenses, Independent Contractor (IC) margins, and temporary labor
  • Identify, hire, and train all operational employees, including FSMs and Night Managers
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships, aiming for client retention above 90%
  • Develop and maintain impactful, professional relationships with vendors and Independent Contractors
  • Ensure ICs are compliant with requirements and meet clients’ scope of work
  • Promote and drive cross-selling opportunities with the sales team and non-janitorial services
  • Participate in all new client starts for the duration of the new start
  • Ensure building inspections are completed, followed-up with, and client data is maintained in CRM
  • Ensure all 60-day reviews, Level 5 meetings, and annual reviews are completed with operational employees
  • Work in the field with FSMs each week and participate as backfill to the FSM as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a sales, account management or operations role with increased responsibility
  • Demonstrated track record of success managing a sales and/or account management team
  • Strong communication (oral and written) skills
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to train and develop others
  • Strong time management, organization and conflict resolution skills

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a sales, account management or operations role with increased responsibility
