This role is a key operations, marketing, and listing coordinator position within a real estate business. The ideal candidate will provide executive-level administrative support, manage marketing initiatives, prepare properties for listings, and serve as a primary client contact.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support including phone/email management, calendar organization, and task management.
- Prepare marketing materials for listings and outreach, utilizing design and marketing backgrounds.
- Prepare properties for listings and showings, coordinating worker quotes and tracking progress.
- Perform day-to-day tasks: data entry in MLS, website management, coordinating listing/buyer packets, and market analysis.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and initiatives, managing materials, website presence, and social media updates.
- Serve as the key contact person for clients, providing concierge-level service.
- Drive to/from properties, meet workers, set up/remove signs, and deliver listing packages.
- Maintain efficient operating systems and contribute to creative marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5-2 years of real estate experience in operations, marketing, or as an assistant.
- Own a car.
- Live in San Francisco.
- Organized and systems-oriented.
- Superior organizational and project management skills.
- Detail-focused, meticulous, and process-oriented.
- Able to prioritize.
- Superior communication skills, verbal and written, with exceptional etiquette.
- Tech-savvy: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, Contact Database management, Website management, MLS, Docusign, Zipforms, Dropbox.
Qualifications
- College Degree (Associate degree considered)
- 1.5-2 years minimum real estate experience in operations, marketing, or as an assistant to an agent.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of AI for efficiency.
- Design / marketing background.
- Knowledge of San Francisco neighborhoods.
