As the Director of Marketing, you will own the marketing blueprint, lead brand strategy and execution to drive profitable sales, and manage all aspects of marketing initiatives to capture market share for Daniel Defense.
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing blueprint, reporting, and optimization to drive business forward and capture market share
- Perform lead generation campaigns and measure success of marketing initiatives
- Promote uniformity and consistency of brand
- Conduct market research and develop marketing plans for growth areas
- Drive profitable sales through brand execution, keeping the customer front and center
- Act as main point of contact for public relations and media interactions
- Support various eCommerce initiatives and Product Marketing initiatives
- Develop content strategy and execution
- Manage ROI and logistics for trade shows, attending as needed
- Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies
- Provide design and direction for collateral, web, product packaging, and other visual communications
- Drive proactive strategy with social media to reach new customers and expand awareness
- Direct and oversee marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives
- Provide support, training, and development to team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Marketing or business-related area
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with Digital Marketing
- Experience with successful Product Marketing initiatives
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to make accurate strategic decisions using data
Qualifications
