Director of Investor Relations & Capital Raising (Real Estate PE)

About This Role

Lead investor relations and capital raising efforts for a growing real estate investment platform, focusing on fundraising across multifamily and specialized real estate strategies from family offices, HNWIs, RIAs, and institutional investors across South Florida and LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising efforts with family offices, HNWIs, RIAs, and institutional investors
• Manage the full fundraising cycle from prospecting through onboarding
• Expand investor relationships across South Florida and Latin America
• Act as primary contact for current and prospective investors
• Provide ongoing updates on fund performance and investment strategy
• Build long-term, trust-based investor relationships
• Identify new investor channels and relationship opportunities
• Monitor investor trends to tailor messaging and positioning
• Partner with investment and leadership teams to align fundraising strategy
• Support creation of pitch decks, presentations, and investor communications

Requirements

• 5+ years in capital raising, investor relations, or business development
• Proven fundraising success with family offices, HNWIs, RIAs and institutional investors
• Experience in private equity real estate or alternative investments
• Well-established investor relationships across South Florida and Latin America
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 5+ years in capital raising, investor relations, or business development

• MBA or CFA
