Associate Investment Advisor

About This Role

This role is an integral part of the Portfolio Management team, delivering investment and administrative services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. The Associate Investment Advisor will collaborate with senior Portfolio Managers and internal teams to support portfolio construction, investment execution, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to Portfolio Managers
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of investment plans for individual client portfolios
• Partner with Portfolio Managers, Operations, and external counterparties to coordinate, execute, and monitor investment trades
• Support client and counterparty communications, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and reporting
• Coordinate internal resources across Client Services, Research, and Operations
• Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting, and ongoing administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, such as private banking, buy-side analysis, investment advisory, client services, or a related role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial services (private banking, buy-side analysis, investment advisory, client services, or related)
