About This Role

This role involves leading IT operations and enterprise systems for a national mental health practice, ensuring security and a seamless user experience for a remote workforce. You will manage the IT team, oversee enterprise tools and applications, and partner with other departments to deliver secure, efficient, and scalable IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the IT roadmap aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing operational excellence, automation, and security
  • Oversee enterprise IT systems, endpoint management, identity and access management, and collaboration tools, ensuring reliable and secure operation
  • Manage the portfolio of SaaS applications, integrating seamlessly with Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management
  • Partner with the Information Security team to maintain compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and other regulatory frameworks
  • Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and procurement processes
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a growing and highly distributed IT team, fostering accountability, innovation, and service excellence
  • Work closely with HR, Operations, and other departments to ensure technology supports organizational needs and employee success
  • Leverage ServiceNow to enhance IT service delivery through structured incident, request, and change management processes
  • Champion automation and self-service initiatives that improve employee productivity and satisfaction
  • Identify and implement modern IT tools and practices that improve performance, reliability, and the overall employee IT experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations
  • 5+ years in a senior IT leadership role
  • Proven experience leading IT teams of 10 or more members
  • Demonstrated experience managing SaaS ecosystems and integrating with identity platforms such as Entra ID (Azure AD) or Okta
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, information security principles, and compliance standards (HIPAA, SOC 2)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinking ability
  • Experience supporting a distributed or fully remote workforce

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, leading teams of 10 or more members

  • Healthcare or other regulated industry experience
