Lead and direct day-to-day food and beverage operations at large-scale venues, ensuring seamless execution, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. Drive operational excellence, safety, and efficiency while supporting major events.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily venue operations to ensure efficient, safe, and guest-focused execution
- Lead, develop, and support department leaders across operations, facilities, and event services
- Oversee operational budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with internal partners and external clients to support event success
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive operations leadership experience
- Proven experience managing multi-department operational teams
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Proficiency with operational systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience ensuring compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field
Qualifications

- 7-10 years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably in large-scale venues, sports, entertainment, or hospitality environments
