Director of Food and Beverage Operations

About This Role

Lead and direct day-to-day food and beverage operations at large-scale venues, ensuring seamless execution, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. Drive operational excellence, safety, and efficiency while supporting major events.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily venue operations to ensure efficient, safe, and guest-focused execution
• Lead, develop, and support department leaders across operations, facilities, and event services
• Oversee operational budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborate with internal partners and external clients to support event success
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive operations leadership experience
• Proven experience managing multi-department operational teams
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Proficiency with operational systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience ensuring compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standards
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field
