As the Business Development Director, you will be the face of Veritas in the healthcare community, building and growing referral partnerships. This role is crucial for expanding our reach to seniors, veterans, and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow referral partnerships with hospitals, rehab centers, SNFs, assisted living, hospice, and physician offices
- Identify and convert new referral opportunities through outreach, networking, and community engagement
- Promote Veritas’ services including companion & personal care, transitional care support, veteran-focused services, and on-demand medical staffing
- Meet with discharge planners, case managers, administrators, and social workers
- Maintain a structured referral pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Represent Veritas at health fairs, conferences, and industry events
Requirements
- 5+ years in healthcare business development, sales, or outreach
- Experience working with or selling into hospitals, SNFs, rehabs, or assisted living
- Strong understanding of home care or hospice
- Proven relationship-builder with a consultative sales mindset
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and events
