The Director of Business Development will lead the development and execution of sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market presence for tax consulting services. This role involves cultivating relationships with CPA firms and financial partners while consistently achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market presence
- Cultivate and nurture existing relationships with CPA firms and financial partners to enhance collaboration and business opportunities
- Apply consultative sales expertise to understand clients' needs, providing tailored solutions that align with the company mission
- Demonstrate high energy and drive as a true sales hunter, proactively seeking out and pursuing potential leads
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Embrace and adapt to new skills and technologies to stay ahead in tax consulting
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the achievement of team sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in consultative sales, ideally in the financial or tax industry
- Existing relationships and networks with CPA firms and financial partners
- Strong understanding of finance and tax principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
