Lead the strategic transformation and operational acceleration initiatives for Corporate Security's operational ecosystem, integrating five independent verticals into a high-performance collective. Define and implement standardized processes, improve workflows, and establish data-driven performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement frameworks for seamless data and resource flow across all five security verticals
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to identify effective localized practices and implement them as standardized operating procedures
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to evaluate and refine cross-functional workflows, focusing on operational redundancies and response times
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of transformation initiatives, ensuring cross-vertical projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with corporate objectives
- Establish and monitor data-driven KPIs and evaluation models to assess integration effectiveness and identify optimization areas
- Manage the "Rhythm of the Business" for the Transformation Office, including quarterly business reviews, strategic planning, and leadership alignment sessions
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Security Officer, synthesizing operational data into formal briefings, reports, and board-level presentations
Requirements
- Ten or more years of relevant experience
- Ten or more years of experience leading strategic projects and initiatives, or organizational design within a highly matrixed and regulated environment
- Demonstrated experience using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to optimize business workflows and reduce operational costs
- Experience leading end-to-end project lifecycles for cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience preparing executive-level reports, briefings, and presentations for C-suite leadership
- Previous experience managing a "Rhythm of the Business" (ROB), including quarterly business reviews and strategic planning cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including leading strategic projects and initiatives or organizational design within a highly matrixed and regulated environment
Nice to Have
- MBA or a Master’s degree in a strategic or technical field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP or Prosci certification
- Experience in Enterprise Business Architecture (EBA)
- High proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or SQL to build automated KPI dashboards and data-driven evaluation models
- Previous experience in a highly regulated, large-scale enterprise (Telecommunications, Finance, or Big Tech)
