This Senior Manager position supports Verizon's Wholesale teams in product management and development, collaborating with MVNO customers and internal cross-functional teams to align initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the project portfolio in accordance with Wholesale Priorities & Strategy and goals
- Partner with cross-channel functional groups to define and execute on deliverables, identify risks, provide status updates, and deliver final products
- Identify, prioritize, structure, and lead multiple projects or major project work streams to deliver on wireless marketing plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and recommendations forward
- Build internal relationships and communication networks among the Network, Device, and IT teams
- Work with Network and IT teams to gain access to or support development of enhanced tools to improve MVNO experience and issue resolution
- Develop supporting documentation for internal and external development requests
- Serve as Wholesale Subject Matter Expert to address legal and contractual questions
- Mentor team members on articulating the business value of solutions and encouraging deep business relationships
- Ensure the team’s ongoing skill building through training and development activities
Requirements
- Six or more years of relevant experience
- Two or more years of project management experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Six or more years of relevant experience, with two or more years of project management experience

- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, Jira and Google’s G Suite
- Experience analyzing data and making appropriate process/business decisions/recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and business data
- Strong understanding of analytics, with exceptional presentation and organizational skills
- Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to understand and navigate the organizational landscape
- Understanding of technology and communications industries
- Ability to establish priorities, manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously, and establish and meet timelines and milestones under deadline pressure
