About This Role

This Director role leads a cross-functional team, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence within the Digital Workday EcoSystem. The role oversees project managers, report developers, and analytics specialists, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team responsible for driving strategic initiatives, enabling operational excellence, and delivering high-value insights across the organization.
• Oversee a portfolio including project managers, report developers, analytics specialists, and budgeting and planning system owners.
• Partner with business and technology leadership to translate complex needs into actionable plans and orchestrate successful implementations.
• Ensure execution of new functionality, major enhancements, and projects with clarity, structure, and measurable outcomes.
• Own the governance, standards, and processes that enable smooth delivery and enhanced applications performance.
• Oversee large scale projects and initiatives, including Workday reporting, analytics, and strategy.
• Develop and manage operational initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Provide leadership, direction, and coordination of operations, programs, finances, and human resources for the area of responsibility.
• Assess services, identify problems, and utilize data to analyze and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Applications or Related Field of Study
• 8-10+ years Information Technology Experience
• 8-10+ years Applications Development Experience
