About This Role

Lead and manage the Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Management Office, overseeing strategic initiatives and a team of Project Managers to drive growth and efficiency across Marketing, Revenue/Sales, Success, and Support functions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee multi-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) programs and Co-Founder Office projects from conception to completion
  • Act as the connective tissue between the Co-Founder’s office and GTM leadership, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment
  • Translate executive strategies and priorities into structured project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans
  • Oversee implementation of systems, dashboards, and analytics tools supporting revenue operations, forecasting, and GTM performance tracking
  • Lead standing project reviews, steering committees, and update sessions with department heads and executives
  • Identify risks early, manage dependencies, and design mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with external partners or vendors supporting GTM systems, enablement, or analytics efforts
  • Document project learnings and outcomes, analyzing performance to identify opportunities for process optimization
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for supporting GTM functions
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to Project Managers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS, GTM, or revenue operations contexts
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects across Marketing, Revenue/Sales, Success, Support
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of Project Managers or similar roles
  • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Expertise in project management tools such as ClickUp or Google Sheets
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP or equivalent certification

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
  • 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS, GTM, or revenue operations contexts

  • Experience supporting or working closely with executive leadership / Co-Founder office
