About This Role

This role defines, executes, and delivers the Global Market Access and Pricing (GMAP) strategy for amlitelimab in Atopic Dermatitis, focusing on launch readiness for a new high-value asset. The role ensures payer-relevant positioning and integrates payer perspectives early in development to maximize patient value and market access.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Global Market Access and Pricing strategy for Atopic Dermatitis.
  • Partner with GMAP leads and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen the overall payer value proposition.
  • Lead assigned components of the global market access roadmap.
  • Coordinate across GMAP and HEVA to define and prioritize evidence requirements for access in Atopic Dermatitis and LCM opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of an integrated evidence generation plan (iEGP) aligned with payer expectations.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of core Global Market Access deliverables supporting country preparation, submissions, and negotiations for assigned AD scope.
  • Provide market access and pricing input into product forecasts and scenario planning.
  • Participate in GPT and relevant governance forums, providing access and pricing input.
  • Collaborate with global and local market access teams to ensure early engagement and meaningful input from priority markets.
  • Maintain strong expertise in the scientific, clinical, pricing, reimbursement, and policy landscape relevant to Atopic Dermatitis.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in science, business, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in market access and pricing
  • Strong strategic, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate clinical and scientific data into payer-relevant access strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects and diversepayer archetypes in US and ex-US geographies
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage research, scenario analyses and payer/pricing insights to generate global integrated market access payer and pricing strategies
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of strategic and operational pricing, reimbursement systems, and evolving global access landscapes
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead through influence

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in science, business, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in market access and pricing; experience supporting global launches strongly preferred.
