This Director of Demand Generation role is responsible for driving pipeline growth by transforming the brand narrative into a high-quality demand engine. This leader will manage a team and execute multi-channel campaigns to create new demand and qualified pipeline for executive buyers at large enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with aggressive sales goals to drive high-intent leads
- Design and oversee sophisticated, multi-channel campaigns (ABM, Executive Events, Paid Search, Content) specifically tailored to reach C-suite buyers at massive enterprises
- Mentor and grow the demand generation team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous experimentation
- Own the demand gen budget and optimize for maximum ROI and pipeline velocity by using data to find friction in the funnel
- Partner deeply with Sales to refine lead scoring, nurturing, and hand-off processes to ensure no lead is left behind
- Optimize the technology stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) in partnership with Marketing Ops to enhance tracking and lead quality
Requirements
- 10+ years in demand generation or digital marketing
- 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of marketing to the Fortune 2500
- Highly proficient in Hubspot and Salesforce
- Proficient in ABM platforms
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
