As a Direct Support Professional, you will make a long-term impact on consumers' lives by encouraging, mentoring, and coaching them to achieve their goals, while assisting with daily living activities as part of a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Create long-term impacts on consumer's lives
• Encourage, mentor, and coach individuals to achieve their goals
• Spend time in various settings making memories with individuals
• Follow Individual Support Plans
• Work on social and communication skills (e.g., at parks and sensory gardens)
• Enhance independence by assisting with daily hygiene and personal care
• Teach daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry

• Strong desire to create long-term impacts on consumer’s lives
• Enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals

• No experience required, paid training provided
