About This Role

This role involves providing hands-on care and support to individuals, focusing on promoting independence, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring their well-being within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Encourage positive relationship building & Promoting Independence
  • Transportation and Participation in Community Activities
  • Personal Care/Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
  • Medication Administration/Health Monitoring
  • Cooking/Meal Prep/Dietary Support

Requirements

  • 1 year of Behavioral Health Experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
  • Basic computer skills

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year of Behavioral Health Experience
