About This Role

As a Direct Sales Representative, you will guide customers through Optimum's suite of products and services, crafting tailored telecom packages, closing deals, and building lasting relationships within a dynamic door-to-door sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored telecom packages based on customer needs
• Stay updated with product offerings, pricing plans, and technology
• Showcase product advantages, addressing customer concerns and objections
• Negotiate and close sales agreements
• Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision
• Provide exceptional post-sales support, converting customers into advocates
• Collaborate with sales team to share insights and strategies
• Meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas
• Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivator with ability to work independently
• Proficient computer and technical skills
• Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable)
• Valid driver license and car insurance
• Satisfactory driving record
• Ability to work full time
