Dining Operations Associate

About This Role

This role primarily involves performing general food service duties and ensuring a positive guest experience through excellent customer service. The associate will handle customer interactions, restock supplies, maintain cleanliness, and support management with various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact, greet customers and assist guests with entry or any other needs
• Utilize assigned systems and restock supplies
• Communicate customer requests or concerns to management
• Maintain awareness of daily menu items and meal plans
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and organized work environment at all times
• Ensure food quality, including tasting food for quality control
• Set up, break down, and clean beverage equipment
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs and service stations
• Fulfill and distribute mobile orders in a timely manner
• Support location leadership with tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to maintain a neat and professional appearance
• Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines
• Knowledge of food service terminology
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation regulations and food handling procedures
• Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
• Basic computer skills for applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite)
• Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
• Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No experience required, on-the-job training provided

Nice to Have

• Previous customer service experience in retail, food service or restaurant location
