Digital Marketing Specialist

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, create engaging content for social media and email, and provide strategic input for service-based and blue-collar businesses. This part-time role offers significant growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, retargeting)
• Plan, launch, and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including strategy, design, and reporting
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media performance metrics, engagement, and growth, and report on results
• Collaborate with the team on campaign strategy, content planning, and creative direction
• Assist with website updates using a basic understanding of web development
• Design marketing assets for ads, email campaigns, social media, and websites
• Track overall marketing performance and provide clear insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaigns
• Experience managing social media posting and performance tracking
• Strong graphic design skills with hands-on experience in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of web development
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing for service-based or blue-collar businesses
• Familiarity with SEO, landing pages, or conversion tracking
• Experience reviewing analytics and reporting
