Dietitian

About This Role

The Dietitian will maintain the quality, safety, and nutritional integrity of all food services provided by Dining and Hospitality Services at UC Riverside, ensuring menus align with dietary guidelines and promote healthy eating for a diverse student body.

Responsibilities

• Guide the development of balanced, inclusive, and allergen-conscious menus
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal nutrition standards
• Lead initiatives that promote healthy eating habits within the campus community
• Oversee nutrition labeling and communication efforts
• Support ongoing training of dining staff on nutrition-related topics
• Conduct regular audits of dining facilities for compliance and quality assurance
• Offer one-on-one consultations for students with special dietary needs

Requirements

• Current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position
• Enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program (if applicable)
