About This Role

Join DaVita as a Registered Dietitian to provide patient-centered nutritional care, analyze lab results, and educate patients and families on dietary needs to improve their lives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze lab-work results and educate patients and their families on appropriate nutrition
• Influence and lead patients to help them live better lives
• Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting
• Commit to improving patient health through clinical goal-setting and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
• Ability to work flexible schedules and travel when needed
• Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required (after hire and training)
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area
