Dietitian

About This Role

As a Registered Dietitian, you will be a vital member of the patient's core care team, analyzing lab results and educating patients and their families on dietary needs to improve their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Analyze lab-work results and educate patients and their families on appropriate nutrition
• Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families
• Commit to improving patient health through clinical goal-setting and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• State licensure (if available where facility is located)
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area
• Ability to work flexible schedules
• Successful completion of Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with at least 80% after hire and training
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area
• Entry level position, requiring state licensure and bachelor's degree
