About This Role

The Dietary Aide provides essential food service assistance to patients, ensuring their dining needs are met in compliance with regulations and company standards. This role involves food preparation, serving, and maintaining sanitary conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in all food service functions to ensure patients' dining needs are met
• Prepare and serve food
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions
• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
• Maintain professional working relationships with associates and vendors
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred

Nice to Have

• Prior health-care experience
• Prior food services experience
