About This Role

Join the Lincoln Service Team as a Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain systems on medium and heavy-duty trucks.

Responsibilities

• Repair systems on medium & heavy duty trucks (A/C, Brakes, Diesel Engine, Differential, HVAC, Electrical, Exhaust, Steering, Suspension)
• Continue learning systems in a vehicle
• Complete assigned training within set time requirements
• Learn state-of-the-art diagnostic techniques to repair malfunctions on vehicle systems

Requirements

• 4-5+ years experience in Diesel, automotive or Ag equipment
• Ability to understand and repair systems on medium & heavy duty trucks (A/C, Brakes, Diesel Engine, Differential, HVAC, Electrical, Exhaust, Steering, Suspension)
• Good work attendance
• Clean Driving record
• At least eighteen (18) years old
• Ability to frequently lift 10 to 75 lbs with assistance
• Computer skills

Qualifications

• A degree/certification in Diesel Technology or Diesel Ag preferred
• 4-5+ years experience in Diesel, automotive or Ag equipment

Nice to Have

• A degree/certification in Diesel Technology or Diesel Ag
• Experience working on International/Cummins/Allison
