Join the Omaha Service Team as an Experienced Diesel Technician, utilizing your expertise in diesel, automotive, or Ag equipment to repair systems on medium and heavy-duty trucks.
Responsibilities
- Understand and repair systems on medium & heavy duty trucks (A/C, Brakes, Diesel Engine, Differential, HVAC, Electrical, Exhaust, Steering, Suspension)
- Complete assigned training within set time requirements
- Learn state-of-the-art diagnostic techniques to repair malfunctions on vehicle systems within standard rate times (SRT)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Diesel, automotive, or Ag equipment
- Ability to understand and repair systems on medium & heavy duty trucks
- Clean driving record
- At least eighteen (18) years old
- Ability to frequently lift 10 to 75 lbs with assistance
- Computer skills
Qualifications
- Degree/certification in Diesel Technology or Diesel Ag preferred, but not required
- 5+ years experience in Diesel, automotive or Ag equipment
Nice to Have
- Degree/certification in Diesel Technology or Diesel Ag
- Experience working on International/Cummins/Allison
