Deli Overnight Production Representative

About This Role

As an Overnight Production Representative, you will prepare fresh, made-in-store products, ensuring quality and adherence to food safety standards. This role involves working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a productive operation.

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, dice, and chop food for recipe preparation according to specifications
• Package, label, stock, and rotate made-in-store products
• Complete tasks at assigned workstation and assist in multiple food preparation areas
• Comply with H-E-B food safety and sanitation standards
• Properly handle and maintain temperature integrity of ingredients, product, and equipment
• Maintain sanitation in food preparation areas
• Provide internal customer service and assist customers as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, retail environment
• Ability to work extended hours and/or rotating schedules (including frequent evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to lift 55 lbs, and manage in excess of 80 lbs with a team lift

Qualifications
