This role involves assessing network systems, identifying deviations from security policies, and evaluating incident response procedures. The Cyber Network Analysis Tech will also exploit system vulnerabilities to gather intelligence and enable operations for national security and defense.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave
- Identify systems and networks that deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy
- Evaluate incident response procedures and capabilities
- Exploit system and network vulnerabilities and misconfigurations for gathering data from target or adversary automated information systems or networks
- Enable operations and intelligence collection capabilities
- Leverage computer networks to disrupt, deny, degrade, or destroy information resident in computers and computer networks, or the computers and networks themselves
Requirements
- 5 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Velocity Administrator Certification
- CompTIA Security+
- Active TS/SCI clearance
Qualifications
- Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
