Manage inbound calls related to homeowner claims, researching and resolving issues across multiple systems. Serve as a liaison between various parties and handle escalated calls to ensure professional resolution.
Responsibilities
- Manage 40-50 daily inbound calls related to existing homeowner claims
- Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve claims issues for customers
- Handle escalated calls efficiently and professionally
- Make outbound calls as needed for follow-up or resolution
- Serve as a liaison between Proctor, homeowners, and lenders
- Document all updates and interactions accurately in the claim system
Requirements
- 1-2 years of recent customer service experience
- Ability to handle difficult callers
- Proficiency in using a Windows PC and navigating software systems
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Stable internet connection for remote work
- Reliable transportation for potential onsite needs
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of recent customer service experience (escalations, claims, or insurance preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience in insurance, mortgage, auto claims, or any type of claims
- Medicaid/Medicare experience
