Serve as a frontline ambassador for The GelBottle Inc., delivering exceptional customer care via phone, email, and social media while managing daily customer inquiries related to orders, product specifications, and application.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional support across phone, email, and social channels
- Provide accurate guidance on orders, product details, and application best practices
- Manage order and account requests, including tracking, returns, and shipping updates
- Engage with customers on the US TGB Facebook community, responding according to brand tone
- Collaborate closely with CX, Operations, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
- Capture customer feedback, identify recurring themes, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
- Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions to support accurate reporting and follow-up
Requirements
- Experience in a customer support role within a fast-paced, people-first environment
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple enquiries
- Comfortable using order management systems and digital tools
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborative approach and teamwork
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced customer-first environment
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of, or genuine interest in, the cosmetics, beauty, or professional nail industry
- Experience with social channels (especially Facebook)
