Serve as a Customer Service Representative handling inbound calls and emails from customers, creating quotes and orders, tracking jobs, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams. This role supports manufacturing, logistics, or consumer product industries.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails from internal and external customers
- Create customer quotes, orders, and purchase orders within SAP
- Identify parts needed for customers
- Communicate customer order updates and revisions via phone and email
- Track jobs in the ERP system
- Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams
- Assist with special products as needed
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional customer service experience in manufacturing, logistics, or consumer product company
- 1+ years of working within an ERP system
- 2+ years of working in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional customer service experience in manufacturing, logistics, or consumer product company
Nice to Have
- SAP experience
- 1+ experience working in engineering industry
