Customer Service Representative

About This Role

Serve as a Customer Service Representative handling inbound calls and emails from customers, creating quotes and orders, tracking jobs, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams. This role supports manufacturing, logistics, or consumer product industries.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from internal and external customers
• Create customer quotes, orders, and purchase orders within SAP
• Identify parts needed for customers
• Communicate customer order updates and revisions via phone and email
• Track jobs in the ERP system
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams
• Assist with special products as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional customer service experience in manufacturing, logistics, or consumer product company
• 1+ years of working within an ERP system
• 2+ years of working in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional customer service experience in manufacturing, logistics, or consumer product company

Nice to Have

• SAP experience
• 1+ experience working in engineering industry
