The Customer Service Representative will manage member customer service needs, focusing initially on payments and expanding to other transactions like transfers and new account openings. This role is responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining professionalism and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Handle member customer service needs while meeting key performance metrics such as call handle time, call quality, and after call work.
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions including payments, transfers, and opening new accounts.
- Assist with online and mobile banking.
- Maintain a professional manner to build member confidence and trust.
- Adhere to all procedures stated in the company's MSR policy and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with operational, security, and control policies/procedures to prevent fraud and protect member information.
Requirements
- 1 year of call center experience
- Experience handling 40 calls per day
- Customer service experience (banking, credit union, or call center preferred)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience, handling approximately 40 calls per day. Customer service experience, preferably in banking, credit union, or call center settings.
Nice to Have
- Spanish proficiency
- Salesforce experience
