Deliver high-quality customer service by handling inquiries via phone and email, managing orders, and resolving issues effectively to ensure a frictionless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and effectively
- Manage 25–50+ inbound calls per day
- Manage 50–100+ emails per day
- Answer questions related to shipping, product availability, and pricing
- Research customer questions using internal systems to provide accurate information
- Create and manage customer cases for issues or requests
- Collaborate across internal departments to quickly resolve customer needs
- Manage orders and communications throughout the fulfillment process
- Provide exception management and timely updates to customers
- Use critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to deliver transparent, proactive support
- Handle both internal and external inquiries with a focus on frictionless service
- Offer solutions to improve the customer experience wherever possible
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a product-based environment or a role with KPIs
- Experience with order entry in an ERP system
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Strong general computer skills
- Heavy email communication experience
- High school diploma
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a product-based environment or a role with KPIs (non-scripted environments preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience processing order claims
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms
- High-volume inbound phone experience (50+ calls per day)
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
