About This Role

Deliver high-quality customer service by handling inquiries via phone and email, managing orders, and resolving issues effectively to ensure a frictionless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and effectively
  • Manage 25–50+ inbound calls per day
  • Manage 50–100+ emails per day
  • Answer questions related to shipping, product availability, and pricing
  • Research customer questions using internal systems to provide accurate information
  • Create and manage customer cases for issues or requests
  • Collaborate across internal departments to quickly resolve customer needs
  • Manage orders and communications throughout the fulfillment process
  • Provide exception management and timely updates to customers
  • Use critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to deliver transparent, proactive support
  • Handle both internal and external inquiries with a focus on frictionless service
  • Offer solutions to improve the customer experience wherever possible

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a product-based environment or a role with KPIs
  • Experience with order entry in an ERP system
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Strong general computer skills
  • Heavy email communication experience
  • High school diploma

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a product-based environment or a role with KPIs (non-scripted environments preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience processing order claims
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms
  • High-volume inbound phone experience (50+ calls per day)
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
