About This Role

Join a leading financial institution as a Member Services Representative, providing empathetic and solution-oriented support to members through inbound calls. This role focuses on resolving account-related inquiries quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs
  • Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures
