Join our team as a customer service representative, responsible for operating equipment, preparing products, processing orders, and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced pizza environment. This role offers opportunities for advancement to management and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Operate all store equipment proficiently
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- Prepare food products according to standards
- Receive and accurately process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers
- Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide for transactions
- Make correct monetary change
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older for in-store work
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
