Serve as a Customer Service Representative, ensuring exceptional service by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean work environment for Domino's.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare food items, including making pizzas, as per company standards
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout all interactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. when required
