As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction for a locally owned and operated Domino's franchise.
Responsibilities
- Decode customer inquiries and provide information
- Resolve customer complaints effectively
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Liaise between departments to address customer needs
- Provide detailed knowledge of product offerings
- Document customer interactions in a CRM system
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Contribute ideas to enhance customer service processes
- Meet performance goals and uphold quality standards
