About This Role

As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction for a locally owned and operated Domino's franchise.

Responsibilities

  • Decode customer inquiries and provide information
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Liaise between departments to address customer needs
  • Provide detailed knowledge of product offerings
  • Document customer interactions in a CRM system
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to management
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Contribute ideas to enhance customer service processes
  • Meet performance goals and uphold quality standards

Qualifications
