Requirements
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for long durations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to push/pull trays
- Ability to stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach
- Strong eye-hand coordination
- Ability to operate basic machines/tools (pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter/peel)
- Ability to work in varying in-store temperatures (36-90+ degrees)
- Ability to handle food odors and cornmeal dust
- Ability to work in cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
- Ability to work with hot surfaces/tools
- Ability to understand verbal communication and differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone/with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze/compile data, make judgments/decisions
