About This Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for operating store equipment, preparing products, taking and processing customer orders, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. This role ensures efficient service and accurate order fulfillment for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all store equipment
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
  • Prepare product according to standards
  • Receive and process telephone and in-person orders
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility daily

Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • Ability to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
