Join our Domino's team as a Customer Service Representative, responsible for preparing pizza products to standard, ensuring great customer service, and maintaining store cleanliness. This role offers flexible schedules and potential for career growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare pizza products to standard specifications
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Work to a schedule to ensure timely operations
- Maintain perfect image and adherence to Domino's standards
- Provide great customer service to both phone and in-person customers
- Ensure attendance and punctuality
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- Process orders using digital systems, computer keyboard or touch screen
- Perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly
- Unload bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and stack onto shelves
Requirements
- Must be older than 18
- Available to work between 3 PM and 11 PM
- Available to work Saturday/Sunday OR every other weekend
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to enter information into digital systems
