About This Role

This role involves processing customer orders, preparing food products, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace. Customer Service Representatives are essential for maintaining high quality control standards and providing positive customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders, both in-store and on phone
  • Prepare all products according to standards
  • Stock ingredients in storage areas, production area, and walk-in cooler
  • Clean equipment and facility daily
  • Distribute various marketing materials
  • Communicate verbally with a positive attitude with customers and fellow team members
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by management team

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Positive and helpful attitude
  • Willingness to conform to all image and uniform standards of Domino's Pizza
  • Ability to work alone and with others
  • Desire to meet high quality control standards, even in fast-paced circumstances
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • Ability to make correct monetary change
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen
  • Strong hand/eye coordination
  • Ability to receive instruction and complete tasks within a specified period of time
