Customer Service Associate

About This Role

Serve as a friendly customer service associate, greeting and assisting customers, preparing food items, operating the cash register, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas
• Keep coffee station clean and organized
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards
• Assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products
• Ensure stores are well-stocked, and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policy, procedures, and guidelines
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash

Requirements

• Great communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation
• Enjoys working in a team environment
