As a Customer Service Associate, you will be a key part of the team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons by managing orders, food delivery, and maintaining dining areas.
Responsibilities
- Take orders in the drive-thru
- Assemble orders accurately
- Deliver food to customers
- Clean the dining room and other areas of the Restaurant
- Talk to customers courteously and enthusiastically
- Process payments efficiently
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
- Work together as a team, assisting other Crewmembers
- Show up to scheduled shifts on time
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, bend, twist or stoop
- Ability to ascend or descend stairs
- Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
Qualifications
- Entry-level position with paid training, no experience required.
