As a Customer Service Associate, you will be crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience by taking orders, assembling food, and maintaining the dining area. This role primarily focuses on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Take orders in the drive-thru
- Assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food to customers with a friendly demeanor
- Clean and maintain the dining room area
- Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the Restaurant
- Process payments efficiently
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
- Assist other Crewmembers in completion of tasks and assignments
Requirements
- Ability to work in an upbeat and fast-paced environment
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
